  18.     Whoa, pardner!  NewTek et all didn't change philosophy, they changed
  19.     PLATFORMS.  And there is no AREXX on other platforms.  (Maybe some-
  20.     thing else, but not AREXX.  Maybe even REXX.)

  23.     users feel they need in an easily extensible feature.
